Throughout Central Oregon, whether it be Bend, Redmond, Madras Sisters Sun River Powell Butte or Prineville, the number of foreclosed homes new to market has increased at incredible rates recently.  Foreclosed homes in Bend represent approximately 10% of active listings and in Redmond it is about 13% however; sales of REO in Bend and Redmond represent over 50% of all sales.
