I am pleased to submit to you, free of charge, a list of sale dates of foreclosed properties in Deschutes County.  Cities included are Sun River, LaPine, Bend, Tumalo, Redmond, Terrebonne and the surrounding areas in Deschutes County.

Keep in mind, while foreclosures can be true bargains, the competition will be stiff and the bargains will be scarce.  Oftentimes you will find the price at the foreclosure auction is higher than what you can find on the open market working with a qualified Realtor.  Getting a chance to fully view the home prior to auction is difficult at best when buying through the auction.  

Many of the foreclosed properties will end up listed on the local MLS and can be bought for less than can be obtained at the foreclosure auction. Foreclosures on MLS  The process leading up to the foreclosure auction is long, difficult and expensive.  Many additional charges may be added to the unpaid principal balance of the foreclosed property such as late fees, interest, trustee fees, etc.

Remember, Cash is king when going to the foreclosure auction.  If you don't have cash you are not the king! (or queen :)
